SUNDEK Announces Acquisition of Bullion Coatings in Houston, TX
SUNDEK announced today that it acquired Bullion Coatings (now SUNDEK of Houston) in Houston, Texas. Bullion Coatings is one of SUNDEK’s largest installation contractors in the country. SUNDEK is looking forward tofurther build the installation support base and expand their contractor network in the US. In addition,Bullion’s commercial relationships,align with SUNDEK’s overarching objective to continue growing its commercial opportunities.

Dale and Karen are not retiring, they will continue to run their SUNDEK operation in Port Aransas, Texas. “I’ve been a part of the SUNDEK family for 32 years”, said Dale “I’m looking forward to being closer to the water, spending more time with my family and winding down a little,but we’re definitely not going away, we love what we do, this is an extension of our family.”
Bullion resources will allow SUNDEK to scale quicker and branch out in the fast-growing Houston metro market. According to Houston Business Journal, Houston is the 4th fastest growing metro in the country.
