As a respected motivational educator and industry trainer, Matthew is an asset to our network, providing leadership and innovation to every project.

Lorenzo, Production Art Director & Lead Coordinator: Lorenzo is an accomplished production art director with expertise in coatings, color design, project coordination, and scenic construction. His extensive experience spans major themed projects across the industry, where his skills in 3D modeling, quality control, and finish techniques ensure every CASTO project is delivered with precision and artistry.

Isabella, Principal Design Director: Isabella’s expertise in graphic and editorial design adds a modern edge to our projects. Her ability to align creative vision with execution ensures that each project is both visually compelling and meticulously specified. Isabella’s fresh approach bridges the gap between concept and reality, helping deliver design documentation that resonates with diverse audiences.
