Position: Customer Support Manager
Jessica Snow is currently the Customer Service Manager for Sundek of Nashville & Sundek of San Antonio after starting as a Customer Service Representative in 2020. Prior to working at SUNDEK, she has 10+ years of customer service experience. Her responsibilities include administrative duties, customer service and operational support, cross-functional collaboration, and data management.
She assists customers with questions and scheduling, ensures project and customer information is entered correctly, and manages invoicing and payment. Jessica also supports the local offices by managing administrative processes and coordinating with staff. She works closely with the local teams, customer service, accounting, and HR.
Jessica enjoys chatting with coworkers and sending funny GIFs in messages. She is a single mom of 4 and never has a dull moment with her amazing and chaotic children. On the weekends she spends time with family, playing games, and watching movies. Music is both her hobby and her passion - she enjoys singing solo, sharing the joy of singing with her kids, or simply listening to whatever genre feels right in the moment.
